This well-known former Keo’s Restaurant site in Honolulu benefited from some grandfathered building codes.

In lieu of demolishing the building and opening a drive through, MacNaughton worked closely with the family owned landlord to salvage, redevelop and re-tenant this unique building. In 2000, it reopened anchored by an extremely popular Starbucks and Jamba Juice.
