In 2003, MacNaughton was hired by the project owner, Grove Farm, to manage an upgrade and redesign of this 310,000 square-foot regional mall. Opening up pedestrian access from parking lots, improving aesthetics and visibility, and providing leasing strategies and assistance resulted in improved occupancy rates and higher rents.
