Opening in 1997, this 300,000 square foot value retail center was Maui’s first power center bringing Lowe’s, Sports Authority, Borders Books and Music, Office Max, a food court, Pier 1 Imports, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, and a Bank of Hawaii. It was sold in 2000.
