Sheree Stewart
General Counsel

As General Counsel, Sheree is responsible for providing strategic advice, sound risk management and legal support for all aspects of the business.

Prior to joining MacNaughton, Sheree spent 13 years in private practice where she focused on commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on hotel and resort real estate, particularly acquisitions, sales and development, and nearly 4 years as General Counsel for JN Group, where she broadened her legal practice to areas such as employment and franchise law, and was responsible for all legal matters of the 300+ employee, 15+ location operation throughout the State of Hawaii.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Sheree is a proud and active 13+ year alumnus of Punahou School.  Sheree received her undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, and her law degree summa cum laude from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law where she served as Co-Editor-In-Chief of the University of Hawaii Law Review.  Between her undergraduate and law degrees, Sheree spent a few years on Capitol Hill, working in the Washington D.C. Office of the late U.S. Senator Daniel K. Inouye.
