Duncan MacNaughton’s career in real estate development, operations and investments has spanned many decades in Hawai‘i, where he was born and raised. He has led dozens of projects in Hawai‘i and is best known for bringing numerous mainland brands to the state. 

In 2002, the Hawai‘i Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties presented Duncan with the Kukulu Hale Lifetime Achievement Award. He has served on numerous boards, including The Nature Conservancy of Hawai‘i, Punahou School, and Hawai‘i Preparatory Academy. He founded MacNaughton Foundation, which in 2017 announced a $1 million grant to US VETS for homeless veterans.
