Twin Farms, Vermont

MacNaughton’s legacy of hospitality, dedication to customer service and respect for the value of relationships, developed over decades, is engrained in our culture.

Spaces that offer an escape from everyday life must integrate luxury and architectural distinction with functionality and livability. To meet this need, our teams work with notable architects to bring this integration to life. From major hotels in mixed-use projects to ski villages to country clubs, MacNaughton has been an integral partner in the development or redevelopment of millions of square feet in the hospitality sector in the U.S., and MacNaughton Hospitality has been created to manage our hotels.

Waikiki Malia

MacNaughton has been active in hospitality redevelopment and operations in and around Waikiki and the U.S. for decades. MacNaughton and MacNaughton Hospitality currently own and manage three hotels in Waikiki on O‘ahu – The Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head Hotel, Hotel Renew, and Waikiki Malia. There, our teams continue a tradition of warm, personalized and sophisticated service.

MacNaughton’s experience in this sector also includes an ownership interest in one of the premier luxury hotels in the U.S., Twin Farms in Barnard, Vermont, which it held for a decade beginning in 2014.

On neighbor islands, MacNaughton has previously been a minority owner of the Four Seasons Hualalai and Kona Village resorts, to which we contributed development and consulting services.

Through affiliate companies, some of our principals have been involved in the redevelopment of the Maile Skycourt Hotel and the planned redevelopment of the Hyatt Waikiki Beach commercial podium.
