Jeff Arce
Senior Advisor Emeritus
Jeff Arce joined MacNaughton in 1989 and retired at the end of 2025 after more than three decades with the firm. During his tenure, he played a key role in many of MacNaughton’s major investments and worked across nearly every aspect of the company’s operations.
At MacNaughton, Jeff was responsible for financing as well as real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and related retail operations. He also served on advisory management committees for the company’s Jamba Juice, P.F. Chang’s, and Price Busters operations.
Prior to joining MacNaughton, Jeff spent nine years in public accounting and consulting with the international firm Arthur Andersen & Co. He began his career in Los Angeles before relocating to Honolulu in 1982 to help establish the firm’s Hawai‘i office. During his time there, he served as Audit Manager and Director of Recruiting for the Hawai‘i practice.
Jeff holds a degree in Economics-Accounting from Claremont McKenna College. He has been active in numerous professional organizations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Urban Land Institute, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He also served as President of the Hawai‘i Chapter of Financial Executives International.
Deeply committed to community service, Jeff has served on the boards of Teach For America–Hawai‘i, Child & Family Service Real Property, and the GIFT Foundation of Hawai‘i, which he helped found in 2002. He also serves as Chair of the Kapi‘olani Health Foundation.
Originally from Southern California, Jeff has longstanding family ties to Hawai‘i—his grandfather was born and raised in the Islands. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, as well as playing golf and tennis.
