Josh Stinson
Vice President, Development + Construction

Josh executes the company’s development projects from early conceptual design and entitlement processing through management of active building sites.

Josh joined MacNaughton as Vice President of Development and Construction in the summer of 2015, after 19 years of experience working in a broad spectrum of commercial construction, including hospitality and resort, retail and office buildings. His responsibilities involve executing the company’s development projects from early conceptual design and entitlement processing through preconstruction, logistics planning and scheduling, budgeting and management of active building sites. 

Josh received a BS at Oregon State University in Corvallis. He serves on the boards of Easter Seals Hawai‘i and HomeAid Hawai‘i.
