Matt Mench, Senior Associate, Acquisitions + Development

Matt executes the company’s acquisition underwriting efforts and supports our development projects across all market sectors.

Matt Joined MacNaughton in 2023 after eight years of experience working in various roles in commercial real estate in Hawaii.

Previously, Matt was a Manager in the Portfolio Strategy & Finance group at Kamehameha Schools commercial real estate department and an Appraiser with Ponsar Valuation and CBRE | The Hallstrom Group.

Matt is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he serves as the Co-Chair of the Young Leaders Executive Committee. While now non-practicing, Matt earned his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2021, making him the youngest MAI in the state of Hawaii.

Raised in Kailua, Matt is a graduate of Punahou School. He received his undergraduate degree in finance from Chapman University.
