MacNaughton Hospitality Named One of Hawaii's Best Places to Work

PACIFIC BUSINESS NEWS - The annual Hawaii’s Best Workplaces awards celebrate companies that are cultivating positive work environments — as told by the people who work there — and Pacific Business News is excited to announce this year’s winners.

The awards recognize companies across three categories based on the number of employees: small, which includes businesses with 10-24 employees; medium for companies with 25-99 employees; and large for those with 100+ workers. Also being recognized this year are two individuals — one each from the winning companies within the small and medium business categories. Called the Workplace Champions, these employees are recognized for exemplary individual contribution to their companies.

To determine the winners, PBN collaborated with research partner Quantum Workplace to conduct employee surveys, which asked workers to weigh in on topics like how they feel they are valued and work-life balance.
